At Locals Only (LOC), every item is created with care and intention. As a small, family-run YYC brand, we take pride in quality and want you to love what you receive.
Because many of our items are made in limited runs and produced locally, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general wear.
However — if something arrives defective or damaged, we’ve got you covered.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
The item arrives defective
The item arrives damaged
You received the wrong item
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

The item must be unworn and unwashed

Proof of defect or damage must be provided (photo required)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Incorrect sizing

Change of mind

Normal wear and tear

Improper care (ex: shrinkage from hot washing/drying)

Minor variations in print, colour, or placement
(Small batch printing means slight uniqueness may occur — that’s part of the LOC vibe)
Care Responsibility
To protect your LOC gear:
Wash cold
Hang to dry
Failure to follow care instructions may void refund eligibility.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a defective item, email:

Resolution Options
If approved, we will offer one of the following:
Replacement item (if available)
Store credit
Refund to original payment method
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
