Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting local. Every order means the world to our family-run business 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Because many of our items are:

 

  • Made to order

  • Locally printed or embroidered in YYC

  • Small-batch produced

 

Processing times may vary during:

  • New drops

  • Sales

  • Holidays

  • High-volume periods

If there is a delay beyond 7 business days, we will contact you via email.

 

2. Shipping Within Canada 

We currently ship across Canada.

 

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on:

 

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

 

 

Estimated delivery times after processing:

 

  • Alberta: 2–5 business days

  • Western Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Eastern Canada: 5–10 business days

 

 

We primarily ship using:

 

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • Purolator

 

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

4. U.S. Shipping 

We ship to the United States.

Estimated delivery:

  • 7–14 business days after processing

Please note:

  • Customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

 

From time to time, we may offer:

 

  • Free shipping promotions

  • Discounted shipping for drops or launches

 

 

Promotions will be clearly stated on the website and/or social media.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages

  • If a package is returned to us, the customer must pay reshipping fees

Please double-check your details before placing your order.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address

  • Delivery issues caused by the carrier

 

If your package is missing:

 

  1. Check with neighbours

  2. Check your mailbox or parcel locker

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly

If you need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.

9. Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review and work toward a resolution.

10. Split Shipments

Some orders may ship separately if:

  • Items are fulfilled from different locations

  • Pre-order items are included

  • Items are made at different times

You will receive tracking for each shipment.

11. Pre-Orders & Drops

If you purchase a pre-order item:

 

  • Production timelines will be clearly listed in the product description

  • Your full order may ship once all items are ready

If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
