2. Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship across Canada.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Alberta: 2–5 business days

Western Canada: 3–7 business days

Eastern Canada: 5–10 business days

4. U.S. Shipping
We ship to the United States.

6. Order Tracking

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided:

We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages

If a package is returned to us, the customer must pay reshipping fees

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for:

Stolen packages

Lost packages due to incorrect address

Delivery issues caused by the carrier

9. Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged:

10. Split Shipments
Some orders may ship separately if:

Items are fulfilled from different locations

Pre-order items are included

11. Pre-Orders & Drops
If you purchase a pre-order item:

Production timelines will be clearly listed in the product description

Your full order may ship once all items are ready
